Axis built the first vault handler in 1958. We know what works and what doesn't both in the design of a handler, as well as, how they should to be serviced. In fact, the gentleman who built the first handler is still available to assist our customers with any problems, which is especially helpful to those customers who are still using earlier models of the Logan Vault Handler.
ALL NEW PARTS (NO REFURBISHED OR REBUILT PARTS):
Other companies use refurbished or rebuilt parts. This practice creates a service problem because if a customer needs a repair or replacement part on one of these second-hand products, they may not even recall what rebuilt part was used on that particular vault handler. We, at Axis, on the other hand, always use new parts and we know what we use, so if a repair is needed, the replacement parts for that repair can be easily identified.
COMPLETE INVENTORY FOR REPLACEMENT PARTS:
We understand that you cannot afford to have your handler out of service for any length of time. Consequently, not only do we have most of our replacement parts in inventory, we typically ship them the same day by 2:00 p.m.
MORE OPTIONS OFFERED:
Other manufacturers of vault handling equipment obligate you to pay for optional features by making them "standard" on all their handlers. Axis allows you to decide what options you need. This permits you to "custom build" your handler for your specific requirements without paying for features you will never need or use. Click here for a complete list of the options we offer.
Other vault handling equipment companies give you no choice of color for your handler. At Axis, you choose your own color.
MEMBER OF NATM:
Axis is a member of the NATM (National Association of Trailer Manufacturers). This ensures that we are kept abreast of issues that are important to you, as a user of a trailer--issues such as changes in laws, environmental concerns, new technologies, etc.
MEMBER OF NCBVA:
So that we may be aware of all news and other information pertaining to the concrete vault industry, we belong to the NCBVA (National Concrete Burial Vault Association).
